Andragogy Sample Project: Career Transitions
This training course would cover how to effectively transition careers and strategies to upskill yourself.
The student would be able to self-direct their efforts toward the career of their choice and they would need to draw on previous experiences to build self-efficacy, identify transferable skills, and build their network. It would call on their intrinsic motivation and lessons would be problem-centered to tackle big and small issues like resumes, interviews, applications, job searches, etc.

In order to make the most of the experience, learners would be involved in the planning and direction of the course. The nature of the course is directly tied to real-world application and impact.
Taking into account their external responsibilities, lessons would be targeted and succinct. Outside work would be limited and largely self-managed.
